How can I be considered for a OPEFFE award?

You should contact each of the Universities you have applied to or have been accepted to and speak with an Awards Officer. The Foundation does not participate in the selection process of the scholarship recipients. Instead, we provide the scholarship funds directly to the Universities and each University selects the winners.

You should speak with the Awards Officer at each of the Universities you have applied to or have been accepted to and confirm their process for applying.
